The regular meetings of the DDA are scheduled for the second Thursday of each month at 1:30 PM. Meetings are held in the Frankenmuth City Township Government Center in the Meeting Chambers (on the second floor) located at 240 W. Genesee Street in Frankenmuth.
Meetings are open to the public and conducted according to DDA bylaws, approved by City Council in 2019. The Frankenmuth DDA is a municipal corporation, and operates under the rules of the Open Meetings Act (Michigan Public Act 267 of 1976.
